Strigo Vineyards is looking for an energetic and well-organized individual to fulfill the role of Operations and Events Manager.

Strigo Vineyards Operations and Events Manager – Full Time – Salary Range $50 – 60k – Plus Benefits

·Retail sales and development oversight

·Wine Club development and promotion

·Build event market and traffic.Included wedding scheduling, music events, food events, wine club, weekly operating hours.

·Process Weekly Payroll

·Communicate and coordinate all food and beverage service through Patrick Mitchell

·Outreach directly through social media and personal contacts to develop steady and consistent following and client base.

·Assure facility is clean and operates within regulatory guidelines for food and beverage service.Includes maintaining list of people and vendors for cleaning and maintenance.

·Must understand maintenance and service requirements of wine wall machines.

·Maintains proper and efficient inventory levels of supplies, materials and equipment for safe and efficient operations.

·Assures Farm House rentals are serviced properly.Maintains stock and inventory for Farm House.Assures there is cleaning and maintenance service in place for Farm house business/tenants.

·Managers Strigo staff during routine hours and events.

·Coordinates with ownership and manages social media platform consistent with goals/values of ownership.

·Tasting room operations – ensure smooth operation of Strigo tasting room and support tasting room staff as needed.

·Support Distribution Wine Sales – actively seek on/off premise accounts to maintain Strigo wine on the sales list.
